Personal training

I offer personal training for all genders and ages: women, men or non-binary, young or old, experienced or inexperienced – anyone is welcome. Your goals are always the main priority, but I am also happy to help you figure out your goals on your journey if you are unsure in which direction you want to go. A key focus for me is to improve your movement variability and resilience.

Coaching for beginners

You would like to join the gym but don’t really know what you’re supposed to do there? I teach beginners basic exercises as well as the fundamentals of strength training. We will work on your technique so that you are able to move both comfortably and competently around the gym, knowing how to use different equipment and free weights. In follow-up sessions, you have the option to learn additional exercises, further improve your technique or work on your training programme.

 

Seminars: Introduction to strength training for women

I regularly offer introductory seminars on strength training specially for women. In addition to a theoretical and practical introduction to the basics of strength training, we also talk about how to overcome views on how the female body is supposed to look like and step outside of our comfort zone. These seminars are currently only offered in German.

Companies and events

It is important to me to increase awareness for women’s empowerment in the fitness industry. Companies can book me for in-house health programmes or events to talk about this topic as well as about the general health benefits of strength training.
